All Sales are Final on Deladonne.com.  In lieu of a refund we will gladly issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card with no time limit to purchase your next order.

We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold at the deladonne.com site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. We reserve the right to change the International carrier used to ship an order.

If it is within 14 days from the date you received your package and you are not happy with the item you can return it to us for a replacement.

Be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation email to expedite processing of your request. After we receive your returned item we will then ship your replacement

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
